Why and How To Give
When you give, you transform lives.

Interact Center for the Visual and Performing Arts is a 501c(3) non-profit organization. We rely on the generosity of others to help us carry out our mission, Creating art and challenging society’s view of disabilities. At Interact, people who were never heard are given a voice; people who were invisible create works of extraordinary beauty.

Being supported as artists and as human beings at Interact has been a godsend.  It has given me hope for my future and a sense of purpose for the first time in my life. —Nancy Liedl, Interact Visual Artist

In the past, my son Peter was an angry, aggressive young man getting into jams and losing jobs. Since joining Interact, Peter has blossomed. The center has unleashed a creative part of him that we never knew existed. He now has confidence and positive visions for the future as a contributing member of society. —Marge Goldberg, Parent and Board Member

Over the course of an evening you can see preconceptions melt away and the art and artists come to the fore. If you want to feel better about being a human come to an Interact show…A truly gifted company.
—Kevin Kling, Storyteller and Playwright

Corporate matching

Many companies offer employee matching gifts when you donate to a non-profit organization.  Matching gifts essentially double your donation to Interact Center.  To find out if your company has a matching gift program, contact your Human Resources Department.
